Yi Ning is a policy analyst at the Center for Global Development's Global Education Programme. Prior to joining CGD, Yi Ning was a member of the Global Education Practice within the World Bank, where she focused on producing key education outcomes and enhancing open-data practices. Some of her work include learning loss simulations from COVID-19, and long-term education analysis on human capital. She has previously worked with media organizations and nonprofits to increase policy accessibility through data. Yi Ning holds a Master's in Public Policy at the University of Chicago
