Rowan Rockafellow

Rowan Rockafellow was a research associate with CGD's Sustainable Development Finance team, where he focuses debt sustainability, Chinese development finance, and climate finance. He primarily assists the research of Scott Morris. Prior to joining CGD, Rockafellow analyzed Chinese capital markets and state-business relations at RWR Advisory Group. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and holds a B.A. in international economics and political science from Colorado College.
