On Thursday, December 3, 2009, CGD hosted Andrew Mitchell, MP, Shadow Minister for International Development, for a talk on British Development Policy and the Conservative Party. Mitchell discussed the UK Conservative Party's development policy and plans, including the main elements of the "green paper" issued recently.
