Adapting and Scaling TaRL: from India to Botswana

Young1ove scales programmes that have rigorous academic evidence showing impact. Noam will discuss the evidence behind Young1ove’s Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) programme, which reorients the classroom to be learner rather than teacher-centred, and the approaches they are using in scaling the programme with the Government of Botswana, including how programme results can be linked to the expected improvements in the World Bank’s recently launched Human Capital Index.
