A few days after the conclusion of the UN Summit to review progress toward the Millennium Development Goals, CGD and the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) co-hosted a panel discussion that examined the outcome of the summit, definitions of success and failure, and ways forward, with special attention to possible divergent views between the US and Europe of aid and aid architecture.
